About: Hydrate the Hood brings community leaders, advocates, and individuals in need together to affect positive change within their own communities. Our main focus is to remind people that what empowers a community is the individuals who are committed to their neighborhood. We have been able to accomplish this through collaborative effort, education, and leading by example.
